Taking In oxygen
There were times we would all run and play and never give a thought to how we were breathing but as we grow older we sometimes stop doing this natural action properly. It is very important for the body to take in oxygen, and it is important to do it correctly.
Yoga is a great way to get the body back into focus. Exercise of any kind is good for the body, but yoga helps to stretch the muscles and you can do breathing exercises all at the same time.
Proper breathing allows the body to take in a very important element that keeps us alive and in releasing the used air our body is more relaxed. We are told to breathe when in stressful situations. This suggestion reflects how many of use understand the power of proper breathing.Taking in oxygen is good for all aspects of our well being so stretch those muscles and breathe.
As we grow older our lung capacity may decrease, perhaps from lack of exercise ,so it is extremely important that we exercise all aspects of our bodies. We must increase our lung capacity and get oxygen into our bodies.

Fall is here in a second and it is time to get tucked in for the winter with health exercise, activities. Exercising outside will not be as exciting at 5 o’clock in the morning if it is rainy and cold. Making sure you have your motivational tapes and exercising equipment in place will keep you going on your determination to be a better physical you. So get that treadmill out along with your mat for your sit ups, and keep that workout going.
While you are counting your sit ups do not forget to count those calories some food are better to eat in the cold season than others so follow the fruits and vegetables of the season, this way you are sure to get the vitamins you need to fight the weather.
