How to Prevent Getting Sick
What to Take to Build up Your Immune System
Nobody likes being sick and you can usually feel the onset of a cold coming on. There are several things you can do to prevent getting sick. Everybody promotes hand washing as one of the best ways to prevent sickness, I agree hand washing is a great way to kill germs that may be on your hands, but do you ever notice you still get sick no matter how much GermX you use or how many times you wash your hands ?
Germs are air born, and that's easy to forget when so much emphasis is put on killing the germs on our hands. To beat a cold you have to start from the inside of your body by building up your immune system.Taking Echinacea everyday is a great way to build up your immune system. Also, vitamin C is full of antioxidants as well as tea.
What Should I Take so I Don't Get Sick
The biggest mistake people make when it comes to building up your immune system is they're not consistent. You have to take whatever you choose to take everyday. Most people wait until they're getting sick to try and beat off the cold, this does not work because the germ is already in your body. You have to just wait for it to run it's course.
The other thing is that even if you take everything, you can still get sick. BUT, when your immune system is built up you'll get a "touch" of the cold rather than the full blown symptoms. This is what building your immune system up does.
