How to breathe and how to have a truly good life.

Updated on August 6, 2014

Your life can be golden too.

Things can be really simple in life.

I enjoy life.

I find out little things along the way.

They are very simple.

There are a few things I call my "heaven".

Two are them are the "mountains" and the "beaches".

When I go to one of these two places, my energy feels

good and I feel a little bit more balanced.

So in thinking things very clearly, since I live on the

east coast I want to move to a place that is warm all

year round.

So I think about California.

I'm not tied down to anything or anyone,

so a transition to California is going

to be quite easy.

I am not taking any furniture, will just

take clothes.

So a move will happen very easy for me.

I do have to do a few things before I do go out there.

Moving to California, is more of way to see for myself

where I want to live for the rest of my life.

Well, I'm lucky because with nothing tying me down,

I can go.

I think in life, if you don't do something you feel is

really "right" and something that really feels "pure"

in your heart, you might regret not doing it.

To have real "freedom" is a beautiful, beautiful thing.

There is also another thing in life and that is;

keep seeking knowledge.

Now I am not saying you got to sit in school, but

learn about life.

The only way to do that, is to "experience" it.

So I think feeling the beaches on the west coast

with the sand between my toes may sound silly

to people, but I think to see the big vast ocean

on the west coast is something I want to take

in with my own eyes, smell the air, feel the warmth

around me heated by the sun that surrounded the earth.

I love those feelings and it is something I just

can not explain. It is something that just makes me feel

so good.

Now do you blame me? If something makes you feel that

good, why not be around it more?

Ok, so not everybody likes the same things I do, but

if it is seriously a good, clear, feeling energy then

why not be around it more?

If you have feelings that are truly that pure and feel more

energized from something it has to mean that it's right to

be around.

Once again, I just can't explain truly what it is that I feel, but

it is just a very cleansing feeling and freeing feeling.

I am not sure if many people can feel these things, but

I can tell you it is just a relaxing, happy feeling that makes

me feel good, so of course I want to be around it more.

Of course there are other types of things that I love

and they are "animals".

From the biggest to the smallest.

I have heard that there is some sort of gland that

releases this chemical in our brain when we see

something cute, almost like what chocolate does for us.

Mind you, I'm writing this so early in the morning, I should

just goggle what I'm talking about, but you all get it.

Well come on, I need some coffee to maybe think a little

clearer, but hopefully you get what I mean about animals.

Not everyone likes animals, that's ok, but I have always

loved animals.

When even looking at tiny little birds, something about

them, that make me smile.

I'm just a goofy big kid when it comes to animals.

Maybe it's good to keep the kid inside of me, and

remember always the things that make me feel good.

So back to the move to California;

I think it would be nice to live in a warmer climate

because I think I just want to have a basic wardrobe,

flip-flps, short, and either a bathing suit or t-shirt to live

in for the rest of my life.

Ok so I got to have a good pair of shoes when going

up a mountain, but basically they say "less is more".

Yes it is nice to have nice things, but it is just something

like a simple wardrobe means less worrying about what

your going to wear and more enjoyment with "life".

So to spend less time shopping and deciding what to wear

in life, you actually can enjoy life more.

To even wear less make-up and just wearing a bandanna

and throwing my hair back is nice.

I mean how much energy and concentration to we put

into what we are going to wear and how much make-up we

need to put on to present ourselves to the world?

I do have make-up and such and I do dress up for events

but still I think the more simple our lives can be

with little, the more time we have to do other things.

Not everybody will live the life I have and we are all

different.

I just wouldn't want to trade my life with anyone.

I think I'm comfortable in my own shoes with my life,

but hopefully all year round, those shoes will be

basically flip flops.
