The Power of Mindful Choices

Mindfulness is a mental and spiritual way of being that can be practiced by anyone at any time in regards to any activity or decision. Mindfulness is the process of bringing the mind into focus and being fully present and aware within this moment.

Be your best self. Take good care of yourself. Make mindful choices for yourself, and give yourself everything you need to reach your optimum potential. Remember that you hold the reins of your health. While heredity may play some role in how healthy you are or are not, your everyday choices make a tremendous difference in your health, happiness, and well-being.

Commitment is a choice you make again and again!

If you want to be consistently healthy and well, it is important to commit to that goal on a regular, ongoing basis. To say that you will eat a certain way for a period of time to achieve a short term goal (in other words - to diet) is not really a healthy choice. To achieve true health and wellness, it is important to make regular, healthy, lasting, mindful choices. Remember that a commitment is a choice you make again and again - moment-by-moment.

To attain true, lasting health, it is important to make consistently mindful choices regarding wellness. Stay educated and up to date in solid health information. Make choices that provide good prevention for health problems. Choose to stop the progression of negative conditions and believe that you have the power to do so. In this way, you will be able to give yourself the gift of a healthy body and a happy mind. Your mind is a combination of your brain and your soul. Making consistently conscious, healthy, choices moment-by-moment brings peace of mind.

Consistently choose to give your body pure water, healthy food, moderate exercise, and proper rest!

Remember that your body has everything it needs to be and stay healthy as long as you care for it properly. Consistently choose to give your body pure water, healthy food, moderate exercise, and proper rest. With this mindful choice, you will be and stay healthy and strong. Make educated choices about medical care, the use of alternative therapies and practices, and the types of food and drink you consume. As more people live longer, it becomes more important to individuals and to society for each of us to take full responsibility for our own health by making smart, responsible, mindful choices to become and stay healthy and strong.

Support the active, mindful choices you make by feeding your body good food. A steady diet of bad fats and chemicals will cause your body to deteriorate and age rapidly. Keep yourself strong, fit, and young inside and out by taking a moment to make healthy, mindful choices every time you eat or drink.

Your body is constantly sloughing off old, used up cells and replacing them with new. Choose to give it good building blocks to work with so that you will be constantly renewed and refreshed. If you have had bad eating habits or a problem with addiction in the past, don't be discouraged. Making the mindful choice to change now will change your life. Understand that this constant process of renewal literally makes you a completely new person every seven years. Your belief in the possibility of this change will allow you to fulfill the potential of the process.

Understand that when making mindful choices for health and fitness, the only time we really have is now. The past is gone, and the future is not here yet. Learn to make positive, healthy, mindful moment-by-moment choices. In this way, you store up a treasury of purposeful, mindful choices and insure a healthy and happy future.
