Co Q 10 is good for the blood and circulation. Burdock Root is good for blood cleansing. There is a book called Prescription for Nutritional healing that I use and it has done wonders for me.

POMEGRANTES have been PROVEN to undo damage to the heart and arteries.  Check it out on the internet and see if you can find some and try eating them, (the seeds) or drinking the juice.  Just make sure you get a pure juice, not one with sugar.  Did you know that after eating sugar your immune system actually goes down a bit for a couple of hours while digesting it?  That is how refined and bad sugar is for your system.  Best of luck.  TRY the POMEGRANATES!!!  hERE IS a LINK WITH MORE INFORMATION OF PROVEN CLINICAL STUDIES THAT REDUCED ARTERY PLAQUE!!!

    Hi RUSHANA..
It is recommended to eat fruits, ask your family, as well as your family doctor that.. or a nutritionist at a store.  I also would think salads however, watch the calorie content on the back. The lower the better, I suggest.  Also, to cut your calorie content in your meals.. I recommend 0 calorie cooking spray with canola oil and 0 calorie butter spray.. 1000's of calories just got illimated just now.  And, never eat a meal or snack close to bed time.  You may wear it, the next day.  Walking is also great to help your heart.. along with apples and lots of water.. good luck.

Foods, such as Oats, Brans, Beans, Grains, fruits and veggies could help. Try to avoid foods that are high in Cholesterol. It defeats the purpose trying to unclog your arteries, while putting things in your body that clogs it. Excerise helps also, drink pleny of water. Hopefully this was helpful information.

All fruits are excellent to eat for heart health. Some are better than others and focus more on the heart, for example the pomegranate! I just posted an article on that fruit alone.

Hi All. It is not only what natural products you should take but what you have to change in your personal life in order to unclog your arteries. What you have now, heart disease is a processes of decades of mistreatment to your body, mostly from INFLAMMATION.

Inflammations is basically originated by the food you have been taking, the exercise you have done ( or better, the lack of it) and the stress your body have been suffering.

You should change the 3 aspects in order to affect positively your disease. It is not just taking a few natural products, it is more than that, you have to change your eating and exercise habits.

A basic health supplement to reduce inflammation and increase HDL Cholesterol (good cholesterol) is fish oil, but you have to take it in the required amounts and frequency.

If you want to read more about it, please go to http://www.omega-3-fish-oil-wonders.com … -diet.html

    My best wishes.

you could try hibiscus tea. it lowers blood pressure and may lower cholesterol and curb artery disease. please follow your MD's advice. this is too serious to mess with.
