   Who is in contol of you?
   
   Every day we encounter all types of people as well as various circumstances. these things can dictate how we react. I am sure you have heard the saying with every action there is a reaction. SO true! We allow things to change our mood in seconds. so are we really in control of our emotions. you have to gain the strentgh to not be moved. for instance, you clock in to work and your boss confronts you with a negative issue. your whole day is now full of bad energy. do not allow things around you to dominant how you feel or react so easily. you have to manage you mental health

   I am in control of me. When I am confronted with negative energy I usually make a joke of it.

   I believe that I am in control of me, and, in the background God. He helps me get through all situations in life. Without him I'd be lost.
