My church is beginning a 30 day challenge today to promote lifestyle changes to our eating habits with the hopes that participants will transition the challenge into a lifestyle of healthiness and fitness. Here's the challenge: no red meat, fried food, sweets, water only, walk 30 minutes daily, and no eating after 7pm Monday - Thursday of each week. On Friday - Sunday, eat as you please. For me, no sweets will be my greatest challenge and the easiest is no red meat as I seldom eat red meat. What about you?
