Does anyone know what is good for dizzy spells?
and lightheadedness?
The best answer I can give you is to go to a doctor and have tests done to figure out what's causing the dizzy spells. Until you know exactly what's causing them, you'll only be trying everything anyone suggests and may never be able to get rid of them. There may be an underlying cause that only medicine can cure.
Until you get to the bottom of it it helps to reach out and put your hand on something. If you are in bed reach out and touch you foot o the floor. Try to avoid fast moves. I had vertigo several times for several weeks, and these tricks worked. Please be sure to see a doctor as there are so many things that could be causing this.

What can cause dizzy spells besides low blood sugar and diet?Occasionally, I have some dizziness when I stand and not sure if it would be helped by realignment of my spine. I know it's probably not inner ear related but am open to suggestions.
