Hi, thanks for tips and advice on using these products. On bit of advice to readers of this informative hub - don't listen if you need to catch a plane. I almost missed my flight due to getting too deep at an airport while waiting for flight. I guess I get into the zone pretty quickly and easily.

I like this hub as well and have one comparing hypnosis to "cold Turkey" method both as natural ways to quit but one being more successful than other. Can you guess which?

Its tough sifting through all the options to get out of the smoking habit. I'm not sure whetehr to give hypnosis a go or go the patch route - don't like the prescription drug route.

I agree with your comment about a one on one session being preferable but for some this can be a bit daunting, so a Mp3 can be a great introduction to hypnosis. From there a person can decide whether they feel comfortable or not.

Great hub. I've been using mp3's as opposed to one on one sessions merely for financial reasons like you stated above.

You can find a lot of really good sessions on the internet (even some free ones), but you are right to make sure they have a return policy because there is also a lot of junk recordings being sold. Thanks for the great info.
