Don’t make the mistake of cutting your calorie consumption too low if when you are trying to lose weight. While it seems logical to think that the less you eat, the more weight you will lose, that is not the case if you cut calories too drastically.
If you don’t consume a sufficient number of calories, your body will go into starvation mode. As a result, your metabolism will slow down and you will not lose weight.
3. Consume Fiber Rich Foods
