Do you trust in God
Last Friday, November 27, 2009, in the Calgary city of the western Canada, a tragedy happened in the Panorama community which is a beautiful, quiet, and high-class community, a young dad snapped.. and killed his own kids: an intelligent 13-year-old boy and a nice 9-year-old girl; he also tried to kill his wife..But, Calgary police has came on time and saved his wife's life by a 911 call from this lady. Many people as well as I had the headache question and wonder; " Why did this tragedy happen in a nicest, wonderful family according to their neighbourhood ? "
Many times in my life I saw a lots of people who succeed in their career, kept high positions in their companies, made a lot of money, and were well-respected in their communities. In general, they had everything: power,money, fame etc.; However,these people collapsed and failed when they had to face their unexpected tragedy...They snapped !
I wonder myself many times : " How did those people can not stand on their feet at the critical moments on their life? " " What reason made them so weak instead of strong during their trials, sufferings, lost of loved ones...
And one day after many research on my own I suddenly found my answer ; - All those people had the same character, they never believe in God, they never have any religion on their own. They only trust and strongly believe in themselves... So, when they have to face of their own unexpected tragedy, they snapped...they have no support from above. Their spiritual life was very poor..they had nothing in their faith.
I also had a wonderful aunt in my Dad's family, a nun from a Dominican Monastery. She is a positive woman, she always smiled and were happy all the time. I believed she had a strong faith in God as well as in people; Once I asked her:
-" Aunty Theresa , why do you keep a positive and happy attitude all the time? Don't you ever feel lonely any time in your life?" She only smiled and let me know:
- " I trusted everything in God. So I never and ever worry about anything. I enjoyed any moment in my life. I live a fullest and happy life...'
