I was doing some thinking the other day and getting pretty down on things. I only foresaw events spiraling out of control and as I saw these things my entire persona became more and more drawn down. I was attracting phone calls from others who were pretty down and it continued a downward spiral.

This is not me and how I act and react to events which come across each day. Something had to stop and change. I had to throw all this garbage out the window and be me.

What happened next was inspiring. I sat down to the computer to check my email and received an email from a friend. I would like to include it below.

"Beloved,

I wouldn't focus y energy on the few (Probably 1%) but the 99% who believes in what you are doing and what's it's founder, and staff members are accomplishing.

I'm homeless but every day I wake up I'm grateful of being able to breath and live life. I wouldn't pay no mind to the characters would look at me funny or try to undermine me. Because in essence they are doing it to themselves.

I attached one of my favorite song. Kindly, play the song a couple of times.

Life is really to short, the workers are so few, and we are living in the most exciting times of great change. We will achieve what the masses dream of because we are willing to do what few are able to do. Go that extra mile. If some fall of the way that's their choice. The strongest pains are always right before the victory.

Listen to it, hear it, feel it a couple times. You will get the message.

Life is not anything other than what it is. Do not stress, do not create problems out of nothing. Don't worry, be happy.

Each day, remember to smile. You will feel better, things seem to work better for you and most importantly, smiles are contagious.
