I know deep down inside you want to quit smoking but you
also think it’s too late for you. You think
you are way too old to kick the habit. The
truth of the matter is if you are smoking you are not too old to stop the silly
habit. Every time you put out a smoke
your body starts healing so why not put out that last one for good. If you think you’re an old cronies and you can’t
quit it is likely because you are too stubborn to kick the habit.
If you think you are old and quitting won’t improve your
life then you are thinking through your butt and not with your brain. I don’t care if you have been smoking for 100
years. Your health will begin repairing
itself the second you put down the last cigarette. Even after 20 minutes you will see big
changes. Your blood pressure will go to
normal as well as your pulse. Eight hours
after quitting half the3 nicotine and carbon dioxide in your blood stream will
be gone. Not sure about you but to me
this is great news.
So I guess you are thinking you are too old to feel better
about your breathing. Not long after you
quit you will notice a huge difference in your breathing. Once you have cleared the mucous and crap
from your body you will be able to have the jolly laugh again without starting
to hack and cough. So many things will
change for the better when you stop smoking.
Only fools make the decision to continue smoking.
You will not believe the energy that will be restored after
you stop the stupid addiction of putting a tobacco stick in your mouth. You are going to want to exercise because you
will feel so good. You will no longer
have the silly cigarette stealing the life from your body.
Want a heart attack then keep smoking. Oh sure you can get one as a non smoker but let’s
be honest we all know as a smoker the risks are way higher. In real life I guess it is up to you which
statistic you want to be a part of. Personally
in my case I like the fact that I am in the living statistics.
If you have failed in the past just chalk it up to an
experience. If you have been smoking a
long time this may have happened and honestly it is okay. Just understand why you failed and don’t let
those things get in your way again. There
are new products on the market everyday that will help you quit smoking. Just be honest to yourself and remember you
have to want to quit.
Think of all the companies who charge lower premiums to non
smokers. As a smoker you are paying very
high insurance. So just think all the
options that will be available to you when you finally decide to quit
smoking. I think you will be quite
impressed with the savings you will receive.
Think of all the negatives that turn into positives after
you quit. There are so many good things
that go on. Your health gets
better. You won’t stink, food will taste
better, and you will save a lot of money.
I could go on and on. It is just
the reason why quitting smoking really is a no brainer. You continue smoking and lead the miserable
life. Quit and all things start going in
the right direction.
One of the biggest things to think about when you quit
smoking is how proud you can be of yourself.
Just think if you smoked for say 20 or 30 years and you quit. That is an accomplishment that really should
be up there or higher than winning a gold medal at the Olympics. Once others see what you accomplish you never
know you may even be their inspiration to quit.
I will never stop writing about quitting smoking.
I wasted 30 years of my life smoking and I intend on helping people not make the same mistake I made.
