How to Make Meatballs Comments
Thanks for the reminder Angela. My wife's swedish heritage must flow thru her finger tips when she makes Swedish meatballs cuz they are wonderfully good. I am going to start dropping hints for the weekend menu as soon as I get done here.
From my experience those frozen meatballs are disgusting. I usually make extra then freeze some sauce and meatballs for later. Also if making tomato sauce I recommend cooking the meatballs in the sauce. They taste so much better that way. This is the way my grandmother always made them and I have never had a good one anywhere but home.
It is Such a burdon off my shoulders to know that meatballs dont have to be difficult to make and still taste great. Anyone have a recommendation for a "poor man's/woman's meatball recipe?
Thanks for the tips.
They were DELICIOUS!
:)
