Simple Salmon Teriyaki Recipe

This is a simple, quick and easy fish recipe. Try it yourself and will enjoy.


Just Delicious.

4 salmon fillets (7 - 8 oz each)
2 tablespoon olive oil
8 cloves garlic; thin slices
1 bottle teriyaki-sauce

First heat the oil in a small skillet, then add the garlic and sautee until it is dark golden brown. Place the fresh salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fish. Distribute garlic slices evenly on top. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven (400 F). Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving suggestion: boiled potatoes with chopped parsley.

Quick, Easy, Simple and Fantastic Salmon recipe

Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillet, skinned
6 tbsp Japanese teriyaki sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
grated zest of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp groundnut oil
1 tbsp oyster mushrooms
1 large carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips

Thanks for the 'fanship'. I'm reading your pages, and we're big salmon lovers. I'm a special ocassions cook, and i will be trying some of your dishes. My friend shared one recipe similar to your salmon in Teriyake. Mix mayonnaise with a little wasabe (if you like something exotic), enough to layer, or cover the entire fish with it, then bake. It's really yummy!
