Okay I move on to this answer with the assumption that we are all seeking traffic for our blogs, readers for articles. If not I guess you are writing a diary or draw sketches to your Moleskine only.
When you publish some article in your blog, you need to share it with community. Thanks to Web 2.0 we have many social networks and bookmarking tools to share our writings. And also thanks to Hubpages for creating a share this button to make the process more easily. When you click the share this button under the hubs, you get a list of popular social networks like Technorati, StumbleUpon, del.icio.us, digg, reddit and etc..
You should also share articles you liked from other hubbers because more people visiting hubpages means more traffic to you also. So share the hub with the world. Don't hesitate to share this article too. (I personally advise StumbleUpon as primary source because it's the best tool to bring traffic)

Thanks I expected more details about sharing. In fact, process is bit
complicated with some sites like Technocrati.
At Technocrati, I faced some problem with post claim.
In first attempt I could not get how to claim post.

Don't give up premsignh!! Keep searching out the Hubs and the Forums and read everything you can!! All Hubbers seem more than willing to share what they have learned along the way!! (And deserve thumbs up!!) Much of it still doesn't make sense to me, yet each day, even reading the same instructional Hub over and over again, more of the pieces fall into place!! Like anything, there is a learning curve!! Blessings!! Earth Angel!!
Prem, In technorati things go like this, if you are an owner of blog you claim your blog and the blog adress is listed under your user name. Unfortunately we can't claim the hubs we write because we aren't the owner of hubpages. (we have to place a code to claim the blog which I guess we can't do in hubpages)
For digg things are different you can digg anyones pages you share a story from the web yours or somebody elses.
Thanks for the reply. However, there are other social book mark sites where hubbers can add buttons/links to their browser and drive more traffic. Links are provide in hub http://hubpages.com/hub/earnmoneywithblogs
