The Mystery Of The Alter Egos

Welcome to the hub zone where alter egos run amok , Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys are busy at work checking and double checking trying to figure out who they are, if they are real, they are lurking behind avatars, making comments on the forums, sending weird e-mails, playing all kinds of characters women, men, animals, they are alter egos on hubpages. If you pay close attention you can normally tell if they are male or female but there are cases where you could not tell the difference at all. Is there a theory behind the madness? Actors and actresses do it, they go into character. When reading articles on hub pages I try to determine based on there writing if they are male or female especially when there avatar has a character or something unique. When reading there profile most often we can figure it out, but there are a handful that do not even provide enough information to identify there gender. Do we personally care? Many of us do not, that is what makes them even more creative then many of us,they are able to play dual roles and they are quite experienced with changing genders. You will of course find me yapping my gums on the forums occassionaly to find out that they are an alter ego collecting data to see the reaction of the ones who are fooled. Have you ever wondered who the alter egos are? The mysteries that surround them are they a he or a she?. They are an abundance of fun but it does make one wonder who we are talking to. It is nuts when you believe you are speaking with a woman and it is a man or vice versa. One would think that we should not disclose so much information but the internet is an oyster and we all manage to run our fingers on the keyboards and do it. Are alter egos with writers due to believing that one gender gets more attention then another? Sometimes it reminds me of The Twilight Zone, it is eerily delightful and intriguing as we all run around being private investigators trying to figure out who they are in a game of cat and mouse. The internet is full of mystery and suspense as we sit on the edge of our seats trying to figure out who or what they are. Will we ever know? Some of us have worked with Nancy Drew and figured out all of the clues to determine who they are and what there purpose is, but just like any Private Investigative team we will not disclose our findings as that would certainly give them away. We observe through site as many scurry around trying to solve the puzzle, we laugh with glee watching them come up with multiple questions believing that they have figured out their identity only to determine that the trail went cold. The many who have solved these cases, notify the alter egos that we know who they are and once they are identified we are sworn to secrecy as the cat and mouse chase continues.

We move onto the forums assisting our internet buddies with trying to figure them out by giving them clues in the game only hoping that our clues we give them the lead that will answer the mystery question about the alter egos they are trying to figure out. Some of us are so close that we e-mail letting one or the other know who the alter egos are, without giving them away to the others who are still looking for clues to catch the culprits.

Are you ready for the challenge of hubpages? There are still unsolved mysteries and there are clues to our suspects if you enjoy solving mysteries this is the game for you. Seek and find Sherlock Holmes and unlock the treasure chest to the unsolved alter egos on hubpages.

Here are a few hubbers to get you started:

R.Blue: Mystery man he appeared one day out of nowhere and many are still puzzled about how he/she came to hubpages and they have yet to figure out the person behind the blue jacket.

HubPolice: Who is the person that is policing hub pages, is it a her or a she?

jerry jackson: Interesting writer however are they accofranco or just a single individual who loves to write?

The Captain: Mysterious man of the sea who has only published one article but has intrigued the masses.

WhitneySegura: This one is intriguing what woman , would have a spider-man avatar? Here today gone tomorrow.

Spryte: We all love them and the writing is wonderful but we cannot quite figure out the gender.

B.T.Evilpants: Now this one is complicated as I have yet to figure out based on writings if they are a he or she, as you notice the animal has horns! Would a woman do that? But look carefully at the writings, the answer could very well be in there.

fortunerep: Interesting person great writer as so many others however I am still wondering are they a man or woman? There profile says they are a woman, but they have certainly raised my curiosity.

I have an admiration for every hubber I have came across as they add something to hubpages. There are a few that I have solved on this list and we can bet there are many more out there. If you are curious about the alter egos and you know of one who is not listed, add them as there are mysteries that have to be solved in the hub zone.
