Everyone I know has a gaming console but it's not a nintendo Wii, they either have an Xbox or a Playstation 2 or 3, I always opt for a different console to everyone else for one simple reason, so I can be selfish with my games, there'll be no lending libraries from me!!

But there is a downside to this little plan, there's no one that I trust to recommend and reassure me that the Nintendo Wii is worth the purchase, I mean the graphics and the use of the wireless nun chucks really look cool and interactive, especially if you have lots of friends to play Nintendo with, but what is a great starting game on the Nintendo Wii platform?

I have no idea!

Also when shopping around on the internet, I always get lost. I start off with the best of intentions by comparing prices on a price comparison site then before I know it I'm all in a muddle about what to buy, this actually confuses me and changes my mind in the process, is this what internet shopping is all about, having so many choices that your head hurts deciding.

Christmas is around the corner as usual and I need to make a decision, last year it was a laptop that I was umming and ahhing about which one to buy and in the end I went for the first one I saved anyway in my online bookmarks, it's a crazy business shopping for ones self.

I also get held back by the fact that the Nintendo Wii could be one of them fly by night consoles, sort of like the Dreamcast (where is that now?) it's just my luck that when I get around to purchasing the in thing to own, something else comes out that downgrades the one before it, and my friends all look at me in disgust when I have a games console that is no more than two years old or something.

Mario Kart is one game that looks quite good as I remember the original on the Super Nintendo, so that would be a first game to get.

One way or another I probably will get a Nintendo Wii but when, before christmas, January sales or sometime in the new year?

Can anyone persuade me to get one!??

 It at the moment is looking like the easier option, delivered straight to my door by ordering online through Amazon, I've ordered numerous items through Amazon but never anything bigger than a book or dvd, so I'd have to make sure I'm in but I am anyay because I work from home anyway so....Yes Amazon is looking like the top choice for my Nintendo Wii.

Sorry for this little rant, but I am wrestling with my own mind whether to buy it or not, just laying out all the variables beforehand.
