A rollicking spirit

In the seat of an author

Wheeling into a world of fantasy,

Lifting high and dropping low,

All at once,

Shrieking for apt words to drop

At every excited move

To share the thrill during the drill,

With every on-looker on the ground

Curiously waiting to feel the heat,

And then to have a chance

Of a back-seater

In the roller-coaster blast

With the poet, in his turn,

Watching the fun!
