The Energy Of Emotions

Updated on September 9, 2011

What Are Emotions?

Emotion or breaking it down to E-motion......."E" is the switch, the start button, the knob, the  key.  "E" is the thing that turns things on and off, as wells as opening and closing things.  "E" is the "cause" in the cause and effect model  When we flip a switch, energy is sent in a predefined direction.  "E" is the activator that sets a series of events into "motion".  "Motion"  is the "effect"  in the cause and effect model.  "Motion" is the actual energy charge traveling out to do its work.  In a nutshell, emotion is energy, it comes with a switch, a start button or knob which activates the release of energy  which is sent through the emotional energy pathways to "cause an effect".

Switches Put Energy into Motion

Knobs and Switches

Each of us are always in charge of what switch or knob is activated or deactivated.   The resultant effect is already predetermined by what the switch or knob is connected to.  We cannot turn the key in our car and expect the microwave to turn on, or start your microwave and expect your computer to start up. However, our switches and pathways may be mislabeled based on belief pathways restructured from our life experiences.

Energy Pathway For E-motion

The switch is flipped, the energy goes into motion traveling through our belief sytem. Belief or what we believe is the hardwire or circuitry through which the energy (E) travels (motion) to its intended destination after the switch is activated. Belief predetermines the resultant effect from an E-motion. Like any other hardware or cicuitry it can be changed, updated, rerouted and rewired.

Good Emotion or Bad Emotion?

Emotion is always good, there is no such thing as “bad energy” just bad uses for energy. It is not the energy that needs repaired, it is the belief pathway it takes and what it connects to at the end of the line.  How crazy it is that in our emotional energy belief pathways we have wiring that says light switch, we flip it and our car starts. We know this isn’t right, but we have become so used to it we just say, "Oh that is how it works now". Then we adapt and pass this onto our children and eventually we have a generation that doesn’t remember that originally it wasn’t designed to work that way.

We don’t want to change our  emotion or our energy,  we want our belief system our emotional energy travels down to be properly labeled so that when we flip the light switch our lights come on instead of our car starting.
