#10 - Solomon Grundy
Solomon Grundy, a zombie, was formerly known as the infamous gangster Cyrus Gold. He was betrayed by his gang, cursed, and thrown into a mystical swamp. Grundyu first appeared in All-American Comics #61 (October 1944).

#9 Doomsday
Doomsday first appeared in Superman: the Man of Steele #17 (November 1992). Doomsday was created in the past on Krypton and was the only villain to kill (temporarily) Superman. It's powers was cloned from Superman.

Sinestro was banished to the planet Qward of the animatter universe. He took on the yellow ring and had all the powers of a Green Lantern.
