Unbelievable! I Am At A Loss For Words!

This hub is not an example of my work.

It is, constantly, the highest rated.

On February 8, 2010 this hub is rated # 1 of my hubs and has a score of 97.

In my eyes it shouldn't be rated as high or have a score of 97.

I have poems. I have written about history.

I have made tributes to great people.

This is not an example of my best contributions.

I traveled to a hub to be friendly and find what a hubber was about. It was about socialism vs capitalism. It was about health-care. There was a lengthy discussion. 220 posts or so. More often it seemed that the post could have been pamphlets or small books. Not only do I think most were fruitless but I also think pointless and not worthy of counting to make sure my number of 220 is absolutely exact.

Yes- in order to "smell some roses" and get on with other responsibilities of life I needed to get what I could with my "limited" time.

I scanned and found the coup de gras- the blow of mercy (?) that took me out.

The original author of the hub made this statement among countless:

"I personally always try to get the best healthcare available around whenever I have a need in it, even if it costs more."

and this jewel, as I've said, "among countless":

"Others might opt out for the cheapest one, that is their problem not mine."

Micky Dee's reply was:

I don't like forums because it's political warfare with opinions and quite often they result in this. "their problem not mine"- I will be my brother's keeper. Jesus was very into socialized medicine. There are certainly no teachers here that surpass Jesus. If you think I'm an evangelist please tell my friends who are Christians. They won't believe you. I do believe in some great teachings that were around before Jesus. Jesus di(did) provide the same health coverage to everybody and he gave it away. You lost me. But I walk the road alone anyway.

I suppose we do speak in different languages or with different understandings.

Mine is a very simple language and very easy to understand-

"their problem not mine" is a statement of selfishness!

It's not a way of life I can comprehend.

I understand your words perfectly. You should be able to understand mine. But largely your comments are to engage in fruitless dialogue to boost your status as a worldly intellectual. Congrats- you've done that. I suppose you win. What you've won is certainly of no value.

Plain English?

This is my last response. It's futile to converse with the "totally convinced", especially when they cannot identify with the suffering of others.

Money decides who lives and who dies or who suffers. Just like our legal system. Often -the highest priced lawyer wins.

It's your hub, it's your thang, do what you want to do. I'd rather talk to a sign post.

Most doctors feel this way. They won't admit it or not often or not loud enough often enough. I've heard "medicare jokes" from actual "doctors".

You would sentence people to suffer more than you because you have money.

You would sentence innocent people to suffer because of their financial limitations.

Yes, I am at a loss for words. Perhaps I'll find some later and shore up this hub about the selfishness of a man who has it all.

Let me profess to be an idiot, but one who would rather be illiterate for righteousness than an intellectual for intellectuals and yes- evil. For if one is not his brother's keeper, he may just as well kill. Your results can be the same.

Yes, I am at a loss for words and my words are not as eloquently penned as you and your henchmen. Yes, my fingers fly on these keys with anger.

But I will not bow to indifference and the self-centered-ness that permeates this "what are you doing for me now" world that is one of only what one can physically feel and touch.

Mickey, why are you so angry? Did I step on one of your irrational beliefs without knowing it? Sorry about it, but I can't be hold responsible for your own delusions, you have to work on them yourself my friend. :)

Thanks for clarifying what exactly you were referring to, I was having a hard time trying to find this phrase inside the hub. As you know quite well it was a part of comment, directed at another person, and you completely took it out of context and misinterpreted it, congratulations :D

This is no different from the Bully Blogging Bullies.

The hubber tries to anger me with insults- "Did I step on one of your irrational beliefs" and I can't be hold responsible for your own delusions". The hubber then says"you completely took it out of context and misinterpreted it".

How have I misinterpreted?

The hubber tries to further his antagonizing with: "congratulations :D" a little tongue sticking out at the end.

The hubber ends it with "As for you having a life and not willing to read my hub because of this - those were your words, not mine :P"

And I certainly don't know what the heck this is about except for the tongue sticking out at the end. I certainly will not waste anymore time with this.

There were hundreds of comments that merely made his hub popular.

I suppose this is/was his main goal.

When I read pages like this- I see people who do not create, who would never defend the country he lives in and who would certainly be willing to attack anyone to be popular.

I see people who thrive on intimidation and may not believe a word they say.

Perhaps they really don't believe in much at all.

Having given it some thought- I now see a person down on his knees praying to something and begging for forgiveness. He may try to seem like he is in control. He knows he is not. Especially when he is alone- he will be summoned by his master. He needs to hope and pray that his master is benevolent!

We all serve somebody.

The good, the charitable, the pure in heart have no worries.

Antagonize sir? You have a crude awakening!

I'm at peace with what I have done. I've merely responded to something aggravating such as a self centered child who has learned how to create computer viruses of mass construction. There is no stopping the child. You can only let him grow up and see the fate that will be his.

Perhaps he needs a "time out".

I won't be back to his hub.
