I learn a lot here at Hubpages. The members here have so many helpful tips on how to generate income and how to increase traffic. Advertising is key when succeeding online.

I thought I would try a technique I learned here at Hubpages. I read in a Hub how a Hubber uses Hubpages to get people to visit their Hubs. It was a well written Hub and he got his point across perfectly. Aj is the Hubbers name and he is a fan of mine. Visit my profile to read his Hubs.

I took what I learned here and tried it out on YouTube. I belong to the YouTube community and felt the same technique I learned here would work great.

OK, I'm a YouTube member and I create instructional videos about advertising online for free. I would view YouTube members Videos to learn different ways of promoting online. Well I thought to myself why not leave a comment at a video I watched and enjoyed. Every time I leave a comment on a YouTubes members video my channel ID is automatically embedded within my comment. Wow, every time someone views the video I left a comment on there is a huge possibility the viewer will click on my Channel ID to view my videos. This technique works.

Please don't spam just for the sake of increasing your traffic. I leave comments on videos which I took the time to watch and truly wanted to leave some kind of comment. Also just don't leave a comment like great video or good info. Take the time to explain in detail to the creator of the video why you enjoyed it or why you feel their video was worth watching. Using this method of promoting your YouTube Channel can make or break you. Don't over do it. You don't want a YouTube member to think your using them just to Spam. It's never good to Spam.

You can also reply to a comment that was made about the video you just watched.  I believe there is a limit to how many you can comment on but if you do a couple a week it adds up.
