Weddings are very special occasion for any couple. That is why they would do anything just to make it perfect. One of the most popular wedding themes commonly used today is the beach wedding. This is not only because many people love the beach, but also because it signifies happiness, relaxation, romance, fun and peace. Aside from the ceremony, the wedding reception is also an important wedding aspect, since this is the chance for the couple to interact with their guests and simply have fun.

Wedding decorations and setting up of the reception venue are essential details which must be addressed properly. When planning beach weddings, it is important to take note of every aspect of your preparation. Here are some helpful tips to help you decorate your beach wedding ceremony:

·         Evaluate the wedding ceremony area. Make sure that the size is big enough to accommodate your expected number of guests. After assessing the area, decide how you want to arrange the chairs and where you want to set-up the flowers. Make sure that you arrange it in such a way that will make it easier for the people to move and avoid placing them in areas which can obstruct the way.

·         For the reception area, you can use the colors turquoise, navy and pale blue, coral, light yellow and creams. Decide which color will go on the table cloth, flowing fabrics, and accents. You can use large seashells and candles as centerpieces. Use very light fabric for the decoration.

·         You can also pattern your decoration to a Hawaiian beach theme. You may use colorful flowers and tropical fruits on the buffet table.

To be able to plan the decoration well, see to it that you have enough space and the right number of tables and chairs. Remember, when decorating a beach weddingreception, keep light, simplicity and comfort in mind. Be sure that all the details you want are carefully accomplished.

Would have loved a beach wedding. Had a living-room one instead. :-)
