Free Printable Thanksgiving Place Cards
74In America, Thanksgiving is traditionally when friends and family gather together to celebrate their blessings. It's a time when we think of days gone by and our ancestors' sacrifices that made all the riches we have today possible.
So what better way to capture the spirit of those days of old than by using Thanksgiving table place cards that feature genuine Victorian art? These place cards were created using a vintage turkey image extracted from an almost century-old Thanksgiving postcard. He stands regal and proud, ready to greet your guests.
Using place cards to decorate your holiday table is one of those special touches that lets your guests know you care about them and that they're welcome in your home. They also help create an elegant atmosphere that harks back to days when decorum and courtly manners were still the norm, instead of just distant memories.
I hope you enjoy using these place cards and that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Using these Victorian-inspired Thanksgiving place cards to dress up your holiday table is easy. Just download either the Word document or PDF and save it to your hard drive. Then print the page on card stock thick enough to stand up when cut and folded, but not so thick that it jams your printer. There is artwork for six place cards on each sheet, so print as many sheets as you'll need to make sure all your guests have a card.
Once the cards are printed, cut on the orange dotted lines with a paper cutter or a craft knife. Then, just fold each card in half and write your guests' names on them, and you'll have instant elegance.
