A heartening A-Z barbergirl- what a great way to write about your pet peeves and passions. Great personal foibles list and works as a A-Z of barbergirl. clever!

Let's back up to K.. not cos my name starts with K or anything, but... Kids.. ok, you have 3 youngin's... and they are the appleS of your eyes.. so.. this makes you have 3 eyes? hehehee... I had to say it, you know I did!

Kathy- The third eye has something to do with enlightenment or something. Having three kids would definately enlighten me about some things. Like I had a lot more money when I was single.

Barbergirl- So Stacy is who you are when you're not the superhero Barbergirl. Thanks for letting me know your secret identity. Good job with the poem. B should have been for booty pop. No one likes bedtime. ;)

Well you only have less money with kids because you have to buy them umbrella's.

And seriously now, someone liked bedtime, or there would be no children to buy umbrella's for! :P

I liked her poem too! But I am still going to wonder were that third eye is. My mom used to tell me mom's knew everything cos they have eyes in the backs of their heads. She wasn't happy when I shaved off the hair on the back of her head to find them and they weren't there! I bet she don't tell that to those little apples :)

U stands for underwear. I don't know where you're getting umbrellas from. It's more important to buy your kids underwear than umbrellas. Am I right? Unless you're buying them an umbrella so they can hide the fact they don't have undies. Smart move calling your mom's bluff and shaving her head. That'll teach parents to lie to their kids, huh.

@Docmo - thanks - it was actually an idea I stole from facebook... something similiar was going around and I just ran with it... it was kind of hard to do.

@Kathrella - lol - I couldn't come up with anything else that sort of kind of rhymed with the letter L! However, I do like Q's point of view in that it is due to enlightenment... or maybe I just have psychic powers. However, I am pretty sure that I don't... although it would definately be kind of cool.

P.S. Great idea about searching for the third eye in the back of the head. I never thought of that.

@WhatisQ - Don't let anybody in on my secret nonsuperhero identity... oh wait - I already did... lol. And I really wanted to say B was for Booty Pop - yes I did go out and buy one, but I am pretty sure only a handful of people would have gotten there. I do agree with you on the underwear. They are definately more important then umbrellas. Thinking about it, I am thinking they actually have umbrellas that hide the lack of undies... didn't MC Hammer wear them back in the early 90s...lol! Can't touch this! LMAO!

Oh, no, you're wrong. lol. Umbrella's was from another hub she wrote. She walked one of her children to the bus stop and it started to rain. Silly me, I just figured you knew. But, yes, in hind-sight *smirk* I guess underwear are more important. Yeah, well, my mom didn't think it was so funny. She was a cosmetologist like BarberGir.. Stacy, so she did it back to me.

Darn... I didn't think about that at the time... I could have linked the two... imagine all the backlinking! LOL Not that it really works or anything! Oh yeah... I hope your hair grew back fast... but it kind of was her fault cause being in the industry she provided the tools. :)

lol Funny about snagging it from Facebook because I am in a 15 day thing. Today I had to post a photo of me and who I've been friends with longest. And my friends teenage daughters are on my friends list. So I'm glad I cloned out the incriminating parts. And definitely MC and some boys nowdays need umbrella's to hide their.. can't touch this haha!! Oh and your secret is safe with me about your superheroness name. :X

LOL I think it's all in the 'hiding of the undies. (and/or booty pop)

Ha ha - last I checked I was still 31! I can tell I am getting older though... I don't always get carded when I order a drink. However, I did get carded once for buying a R rated movie at Walmart! LOL

y is for young

e is for extremely young (compoared to me)

s is for still young (whatever the wrinkles say)

ND THE REST OF THE ALPHBET IS FOR A HUB WELL WRITTEN now we all know our barbergirlwell enough now.

btw it is good to see people live with their in laws even now.we do that a lot in India though in the cities we are begining to move away too.

barbergirl28 profile image

Thank you for the compliment :)

I don't mind staying with the inlaws... it does save up some money, but it is just temporary until we can get our own place.

Katharella profile image

Katharella 5 years ago from Lost in America

You have GOT to be kidding about getting carded for an R rated movie!! lol that is too funny! You should of said, "Oh darn, can you hold this while I go get my beer" haha That is just too much! Maybe they didn't want your children to see it! Hey it's Wal-Mart you never know! :) lol.

I think it's great you can stay with your inlaws for awhile. Everyone can be there for everyone! Family is to be valued, so it's great. I'm Jealous! I don't have one! lol :) I hope it doesn't ruin my Superhero status! :P

barbergirl28 profile image

barbergirl28 5 years ago from Hemet, Ca Author

Ha ha - no - I ma definately not kidding about being carded for an R rated movie... in fact, all my kids were in the cart with me calling out momma - they must have thought I was babysitting.

It's nice that we have a place to stay, but I tell you, you don't understand what you had until you give it up. I do miss my space and because I stay home and don't work - unless of course you consider hubpages a job - I have the fun duty of housecleaning and all the cooking and trying to run after my kids.

I am sorry you don't have a family - I will share mine :) However, not having a family makes you even more of a Superhero then I do... remember Batman. His family died when he was a child. And Superman - he has a human family but what about his real parents. NOt having a family is usually what brings out the superhero in all of us ;)

You can just make fun of anything A - Z! Your in laws must be nice - mine would never let me live with them:/. Uhhhh oh yeah, my parents wouldn't let me live with them and they have a huge house with 4 extra bedrooms!! Haha! Hub pages is a huge time investment - it is a job. We just don't have to call in sick:)

barbergirl28 profile image

barbergirl28 5 years ago from Hemet, Ca Author

Oh yeah - the A-Zs of Justin Bieber. I can see it now... it will be the next biggest sensation. Ha ha! Because of the time we spent in the military, we have lived with parents on and off several times while looking for a place to live. Both sides... this is the longest I have survived. But having your own space is nice. But at least I somewhat have time to write! :)

RealHousewife profile image

Yeah and all mothers know how precious that time is! I would for sure live with my family if they let me. I'm really greedy and I'd love for them to pay my bills! Lol!

Hi Stacy, this was clever and cute (even if you said the idea came from elsewhere). I think I will try it, not publish it, just try it as an exercise. Glad that there are others who can't find the desk for the paper. Cherish those years you get carded. I was carded long after I was legal (I'm very short) and I miss it.

@Neeleshkulkarni, I can so relate. @realhousewife, too funny!

Love this hub and the comments it sparked. Well done, Stacy.

@Just Ask Susan - Thanks so much - I think this was in my exploration time of who I really was! Or maybe I found something similiar to it in my past writings. Glad you enjoyed it. If anything it is always a good writing exercise to get the brain moving!

@Thomas - Unfortunatley I will not update it... it is time-sensitive. If I updated it I would have to change my age too... :O

And octopus is fun... especially when your playing ball! LOL
