Distractions (Distractive +/-)
A distraction...oh will it sway you from your place,
A destination of comfort and prosperity,
Failing to perceive life as it really means to the individual,
Purge the fear that had enveloped the true realities.
Distractions...a tree that had blue leaves,
The red and green leaves blending in with ease,
The bunches of dense trees unlike the blue freshness,
A blue hue that catches the eyes of anyone worth binding.
Don't let distraction bid away your true intentions,
The binding of your feet preventing the easiest stroll,
Cobblestone walkways that waiver life indefinitely,
The rough road impossible with roped legs and dirty shoes.
Do you want distraction to raise it's sly flag,
A flag with colors of yellow, blue and white stripes,
A windy day blowing it's colors through the cold air,
Your attention either on this or that distraction,
It's your life...You Choose...
