Finding the True Meaning of Happiness
It's not found on a plastic card
Nor on your wallet
It's not found on the luxuries of life
Nor on how much salary you get
It's not found on the praise
It's not found on the opinion of others
It's not found on what they think of you
So why bother?
Happiness is found underneath
The every corner of your soul
On your pure heart laid to people you love
And the things that make you whole
It is found on the true kind deed
And on the unselfish things you’ve done
It is found on the help you extend
On every poor and unfortunate man
It is found on a kind word
And a thoughtful sweet act
It is found on the care
As well as on other's love
Happiness comes from within you
So complain less and cherish life more
We cannot change the past
But we can still shape our future
Be grateful, be thankful
Of all the things that you have
Be contented, be satisfied
Be someone who can give a love
Happiness is not a chance
Rather it is your choice
So do what makes you happy
And make them hear your voice
Happiness can only be felt
It is not seen nor you can touch
Like a love that God gave us
From the heaven’s above
