Reason One

As I reflect back on my day, it was my morning *Meditation on Twin Hearts that made me smile. I do this guided meditation daily to bless every person and being on the earth, and it always makes me smile because it asks me to recall two happy events, one while focusing on the heart center and the other while focusing on the crown center of the body. The happy events that made me smile today were:

Heart Center SmileThe Source prayer line’s blessing of my brother-friend, transformation coach and business associate, Jeffrey Vincent Noble, with prayers, affirmations and a call for donations toward the $1800.00 vendor fee to offer Pranic Healing mini stress-relief sessions to the annual Circle of Sisters two-day event at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC on October 6 and 7, 2012. It was truly a lovefest that warmed my heart and soul. I could feel my heart chakra expanding as we spoke into Jeff’s life and encouraged him in the magnificent work he is doing on the planet.

Reason Two

Crown Center Smile – Celebrating my best friend’s Antigua wedding in July 2003. God made a way when I didn’t see a way, but knew I had to be there for the friend, Min. Cortez Stallings Jr., who walked me down the aisle at my 1986 wedding. I had been laid off just before Christmas in December 2002 and money was non-existent, but God …. God had opened a door for me to work at my first corporate paying writing job in May 2003 and enabled me to pay for an all inclusive Antigua weekend with my first paycheck and have money left over for basic needs and incidentals. Hallelujah! I hadn’t thought of that experience in a long time. God is good and faithful all the time. I felt my spiritual energy chord connection to God strengthen and expand through my crown center. It was intimate and vibratory, a definite smile inducing moment.

NOTE: Write Here, Right Now: 30 Day Journaling Challenge day 7 complete. Thank you, God!

*The Meditation on Twin Hearts link contains an abbreviated audio of the meditation for you to experience the benefits and blessings for free. I have the Meditation on Twin Hearts with Self-Pranic Healing that also includes 8 minutes of full body exercises to do before and after the meditation. I have been so blessed by that CD. It is truly transformational and a mainstay of my morning spiritual practice.

Be blessed,

Jo Anne Meekins
