Taken For A Ride
The children rode in mom's cart,
pleasantly playing their part.
When asked in which aisles
she had found their bright smiles,
she said "They're for sale,"
then thought quick and pale
adding: "Not today;
they were yesterday!"
There are moments, sometimes days....
Children have their moments, parents do too.
