What is the best use of commas? How do you know where to place them in thr proper sentance?
The rules of English grammar have relaxed so much in recent years that you can almost rely on instinct. You can read your words out loud, and wherever you pause in your speech a comma is suggested.
Again, it depends. I am, for example, Serbian and I speak and write better than most of real English-native users of language. What can I say? The "comma", and interpunction MUST be used in order to understand the narrator, or writter words - better. Comma has a great meaning in syntax, as every other interpunction mark ( . : " ; ' ... etc ).
Commas, are, amazing, I, love, them. Haha, but really, there are rules about when and where to use them, and I butcher them to great effect, just use them where ever you would pause, or take a breath in natural speech, keeps a good flow going, I, however type like William Shatner speaks.

Just a nit, but I see Editbot (I think it's Editbot doing this) enforces the comma before the "and/or" in a list. Example: Julie loves ice cream, books, and kittens. My understanding is that the comma before the "and" is optional and it seems to me that most usage in written...
