Using three or four steps, how do you get indexed on Bing, Google and Yahoo?

It is impossible to find the steps without a thousand words of incomprehensible SEO advice. It should be simple to get a new post indexed at the three major search engines! Who has the secret?

    Unfortunately, SEO isn't simple.

The only way to get indexed quickly, as you seem to be interested in, is what is known as "black hat" SEO. Sure, you can get to the top of each engine for about a week, then you'll be removed and blacklisted and you won't be able to have your content listed in search results anymore.

SEO is like an art, some people are good at it, and others aren't. It is expensive for a reason.

If you're referring to HubPages specifically, it's slightly different, but not as much. HubPages is already pretty high on search results because of the hits the site receives, but you're also going up against other peoples' hubs to try and get indexed higher.

I am through with Hub Pages. There is a dynamic here that suppresses views and revenue. I don't know what is wrong here but it is not worth my time.   I am doing well away from here. I will work on producing regular content and keywords. Thanks.

I don't have a magic answer, but I do copywriting for SEO companies and have learned a few tricks which seem to be working for me on HubPages.  Here they are:
    1. Keep adding content regularly.  Search engines like fresh content.
    2. There is an uptick in views when you have 50, 100 and especially 250 pages of content.
    3. Use keyword searches to see what people are looking for and check to see what people find in Google and other engines when they search for those topics.  Make sure your content is better--meaning more complete, more interesting and more comprehensive.
    4. Use several versions of a keyword in your titles (headers) of sections of text as well as within the text, but make sure your prose reads naturally, don't stuff keywords.
