What is the fastest time known for a foreclosure?
I recently asked a question about a dear friend of mine faced with the impossible situation of foreclosure. I want to help her as much as I can but I have never faced this. I would like to see the trends so my question is:
From first notice until move out day, how much time do you get? I am looking to see what the scale would be. Is it anywhere from 6mo. to 2 yrs.? Has anyone ever heard of sooner or later. Thank you for helping me support others!
There is a government organization that helps you when you get a foreclosure notice. They can help mediate disputes so that you may be able to keep your home. Tell her to put the money for the payments in a separate account while you work with those people. Then she will have it to pay them if she gets a mediated mortgage.
If you have to pay for the help, run and find a different place. There should be no charge. Google mortgage mediation in your state for places that do that.

This story came to me this evening. I thought you should read it. I’ve never been a “blogger” and tend to not do much writing at all because I’m dyslexic and the whole process of writing, spelling, and grammar causes my brain to want to explode. I’ve decided to write this blog because I’m so...

What Would You Do If You Were Faced With Completely Irrefutable Evidence That There Was No God?And I mean completely. As irrefutable as 1+1=2. I asked my friend about this and he had a mini-breakdown so I thought I'd ask you guys. Still not certain if I'm just unsatisfied with his answer or I'm...

I was served with foreclosure papers in 12/2009. I checked the docket and nothing else has been...done since 1/2010. The papers state that the note to my mortgage was lost by the lender. What ramifications does that have for me and my home?

Patsy Campbell could tell you a thing or two about fighting foreclosure. She's been fighting hers for 25 years. The 71-year-old retired insurance saleswoman has been living in her house, a two-story on a half-acre in a tidy middle-class neighborhood here in central Florida, since 1978. The last time...
