    Does anybody use offline methods for their Internet Business?

    I often think about making a simple sales page or Opt-in with optimise press or Wordpress for a topic or CPA offer and just sticking a poster in a high pedesterian traffic area...

    Does anybody do this?

    Does it work!!?

    I have also thought about printing out a few hundred flyers and heading to a busy car-park to put them under the wipers.

    Also, an add in the local newspaper under Home-Based-Business...

    I know online methods are the best way but to get a quick boost in traffic and maybe make a few $$$...

    Curious to know if there are others using these methods...

    It really depends upon your business, but for me I always network wherever possible in offline situations, make sure you have business cards you never know when an opportunity may present itself. Also as with flyers and posters etc the have extremely low success rates. Make sure you are targeting the right people with these otherwise it will just likely be a waste of money.

    The other thing you can do is build partnerships with offline retailers who offer complimentary services and products to those you do and have a mutually beneficial relationship of sending potential customers each others way.
