Where's The Beef (BC)? - Part 2

I have previously posted a Hub called “Where’s The Beef (BC)?” about Attorney Orly Taitz having a subpoena issued by the Federal Distract Court in Hawaii requiring that the Hawaii Department of Health produce the “supposed” original birth certificate of one Barack Hussein Obama which is purported to be in a vault controlled by that agency. The date it was supposed to be produced was August 8th of 2011. She was to be accompanied by two document experts for that examination. No, I'm not a birther, just a concerned citizen seeking the truth. You can read that report below at the link.

Upon arrival at the Department of Health with document experts and media in tow, Taitz was handed a denial letter. She then headed straight to the federal court house. A Show Cause and Compel Attendance for Production of Documents and naturally she asked for attorney fees and costs to be paid by the defendant.

A hearing has now been set before Judge Richard L. Puglisi (pictured above right) on September 14th of 2011 at 10 AM in Court Room 6 at the Federal District Court of Hawaii. Plantiff is to provide notice of hearing to Loretta Fuddy of “she has left the islands” fame. Notice is easy to provide whether she is present or not and that has been done. The link below will show you the court order requiring Fuddy to appear and show cause as to why she failed to comply with a federal subpoena.

Fuddy is claiming privacy issues prevent her from complying with the subpoena. When, in fact, Obama himself waived all his privacy issues when he released what he contends is his original long form birth certificate to the public over the internet to the whole world. The question in this reporter's mind is how long will the Hawaii Department of Health, in the form of Loretta Fuddy, be allowed to obstruct justice with such flimsy excuses meant to only stonewall the inevitable. I guess on September 14th, when she is compelled to attend the hearing in Court Room 6, we’ll find out. Loretta Fuddy can now tell it to the judge.

During an April 27th Presidential news conference, Obama with great fanfare, released to the world what he purports to be his original long form birth certificate obtained from that secret vault in Hawaii. So the question begs itself, "If, in fact, it matches what is contained in that vault why is Fuddy stone walling further?" Obama waived all rights to privacy issues concerning that document when he released it and it was posted all over the internet. Loretta, here comes the judge for you to provide a logical explanation. The problem, as I see it, is that there is no logic explanation to any of this since it all began.

If it in fact matches, why aren't both Fuddy and Obama eager to have what is in the vault examined for its authenticity? Or is there nothing in that vault?

One thing I do know is that Orly Taitz isn't going away, and Obama continues to spend big bucks trying to shake her off.
