If you were leader of the nation, how would you win the hearts of the people?
What platform or policy issue would you choose and what would you do with it?
In this day and age, I don't think you can 'win the hearts', you're in so much financial debt that you're screwed when you get in. That being said, helping poverty on your streets is always a pleaser with the general public.
I would appeal to the poor masses because they have the most votes. This strategy worked for Obama. I would promise all sorts of government assistance, and then blame my opponents after getting into office for not wanting to "play ball." I would then pass emergency legislation granting me all sorts of authority because the people would trust me. Then, I wouldn't give it back and I would close the society into a police state and have total control. Well...that's not actually what I would do...but it's what has happened. And no, Obama did not do all of this. It has been happening for at least the past 50 years in slow incrimental stages. Once you have enough control, it doesn't matter what the people think because no one listens to them.

Who do you feel will win the 2012 Presidential election?I want to make it clear that this isn't necessarily the same thing as who you want to win. I am more curious who you feel will win and why you feel they will win.

Limbaugh has gone too far with his latest attack on Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy: ""Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Care bill". THIS IS A PERSONAL ATTACK. Rush, it's OK to disagree with someone's ideas, but this statement makes it sound like...
