Should the United States Stop Relying of Mercenaries to Fight Its Wars?
One-third of the fighting forces in Iraq were mercenaries. The majority were retired soldiers from all around the world. They basically had no rules of engagement—and could kill at will, without being held accountable to the U.S. military code. We won, but is this a good thing? Or perhaps this is just the way wars are fought.
The U.S counts on the locals to fight its wars by financing any potential enemy to the government in power. The best would be that America stops wars.
I had forgotten about the U.N. peacekeepers in Iraq. To think of it, their building was bombed and they all left.
Now that you mention it, if we'd stop having these oil wars we wouldn't need the mercenaries!
All is fair in war, as they say.
In fact, if I were about 20 years younger, I would sign up to be mercenary fighter, seriously.
It's a job in which one can make some real good money and meet a whole lot of comely "exotic women."

Give me a break! Like a bunch of whiney kids who didn't get their way! If they hate it here so badly, and hate the POTUS so much, leave the country!
