No intent to injure? Yes or no?
“It is unfortunate that he sustained injury, but there was never an intention to create injury.” St. Paul police allowed K9 dog to repeatedly bite, maul and rip out flesh of Frank Baker for over a minute while he was screaming in pain and kicked in the head for 'moving'. Baker was ordered to remain still while the canine continued to attack him. Hard to remain still when a dog is chewing off chunks of meat from you. https://youtu.be/B8HSqYF7_Zw
That is very strange indeed.Law enforcement K9s are very specifically trained. The ones at borders are smellers and signal dogs. Rescue dogs are more like pointers. Inner city type K9s are protectors. A protector type dog is well trained to due like a lead wolf. Bite hard and hold. (although they are not trained to do like a wolf and go for the juggler vein.) A dog that would repeatedly bite and gnaw is like a total freak dog.they are not trained to rip flesh. Did the dog just go crazy or was the handler completely incompetent or evil? I would want blood tests on both as they seem to have been on something.
Body cams are on in St. Paul, sooner or later we will get to the party or doggie at fault.
Yes, either that are sniffer or attack, it looked to me that the cop was not controlling the door. The handler is incompetent or evil. Probably both. Poor man, & he did do anything - just fit a description of dreadlocks and a white shirt.
Nasty. If all get cleared on this -the gig is up. I think they call that intentional mayhem. Resulting in death is first degree.
Had to look that up: The criminal offense of willfully maiming, disabling, or disfiguring a person.

What is the best way to break up a dog fight? How do you release the jaws of a pit bull?Everyone everywhere seems to be housing a pit bull. They are very sweet, loyal family pets but to the remainder of the world, the enemy. While on a walk my dog was aggressively approached by a rather stout...

Pit Bull Terriers as Pets - Yes or No - and most importantly - WHY, especially if you answered yes?I personally am against having Pit Bulls as pets (especially for a family with children) for the very simple reason of “instinctive trait”. Pit Bulls were selected and groomed to be fighting dogs...

Should I get a service dog certification for my dog?I have tmj chronic pain for the last 17 years. There are some days I just do not want to get out of bed. My dog helps me very much when I am home. Do you think I could get a service authorization for her, and if so do you advise I persue this?

I don't think shock collars are fair. Would you like to be shocked whenever you did something wrong? And as for electric fences, why not put up a normal fence, like a picket fence, so your view is not blocked? Or just don't get a dog!
