I am a cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist and psychiatric nurse with over 12 years experience, specialising in depression, anxiety disorders and low self-esteem. Having lived in 3 different countries across 3 continents over the last decade, I also consider myself to be a keen traveller and admirer of cultural differences. My most important role in life so far has been that of a mother and wife, a job I cherish above all else. 

My mission in life (other than to raise happy, healthy children) is to eradicate the devestating effects of mental illness from the world, one person at a time. I also hope to suck the very marrow out of life - enjoying both the ups and the downs of it - before moving on to the next life!
