My name is Helen. My background training and work experience is in Counseling, Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy.  I am British, now living in Florida. I have had several poems and over 340 stories published.

 My life skills are geared around helping people overcome life's problems and embrace positive changes towards a more fulfilling and product life. I've had many wonderful adventures, interesting jobs, traveled a great deal and met some wonderful people.

This is a tough time for many people and it is my desire to help our community get back on its feet.  I offer my hubs in the hope they amuse, inform, soothe, evoke, emote or inspire and in the hope I can help build a brighter future for anyone seeking a way towards a brighter tomorrow.
