I was a Square Peg that became a Sweathog before I realized I was meant to be at the Head of the Class. I have a sarcastic sense of humor. I'm opinionated, though I will allow you the opportunity to change my mind.
I'm a centrist in most things political, though I have strong convictions on certain charged issues and I don't mind discussing or debating them. I'm no activist, though I should be.
Family is my first and most important priority. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and a Patriot so don't accuse me of anything less if I disagree with the current administration.
I'm a storyteller and my mediums are screenwriting and video. I write screenplays. My favorite genre's are horror and thriller, but I also write action/adventure and romantic-black comedy.
When I'm not working my day job as a permit consultant, I'm writing. Well that's not entirely true. part of my job consists of Chicago permit expediting which often calls for me to wait in long lines (by lines I mean imaginary lines waiting for my number to be called) sometimes for hours. So during this time, I break out the laptop and take part in the community here at Hubpages.

Oh, I'm not finished yet...lol I just started a new site (Oct. 2009) called HeyWorldImHere.com and it is all about SEO, starting a new blog, and blogging for profit It is also there to promote my writing here on HP and soon some writing of my hubber freinds. I'm not a guru and I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel. I have learned a thing or two in my 10 years online and I am earning a nice residual from multiple streams of income. I have a BA in History and I have written half a dozen screen plays, none of which have been produced, yet! My favorite genre's are historical fiction, horror, and dark comedy. When writing non fiction, I stick to my priorities, Family, Faith, and Friendship.
