Dark energy versus nuclear force

How can dark energy, a so called weak force can overcome the effect of nuclear force, strongest force known till date?

The so-called weak force is only weak when compared to a stronger force Therfore logicaly the nuclear force cannot be stronger ergo,the so-called weak force is really stronger than the nuclear force.As to why it's called the weak force my guess is because we are not able to measure it.Probably because it exists in another dimention.The Ether! That's my story and I'm sticking to it,however weak it is! lol !
