My body is very weak. Please tell what kind of food can give me a healthy body ?
Lots of protein, veggies, fruits, and breads if you needs energy and mass at first.
Lots of protein! No red meat though, it slows you down. Eat soy products as well because they are high in protein and have fewer calories and less fat than other lean meats. Also, stay away from simple carbs (white bread, etc). They will only give you a short boost of energy. High protein, non-starchy veggies, and dark fruits will help you gain strength.
Try natural sugar, in moderate quantities the energy provided by those carbohydrates will help you guaranteed. Also, remember to avoid refined sugar. If you want to grow a strong and tall body it's necessary to have the correct amino acids too. Ok, so to recapitulate, natural sugar, vegetarian meals, amino acid proteins.
