How do you brush your teeth?

I suppose we all have our ways to brush our teeth...as for me:

1. I first brush without any toothpaste (I've learned the foam caused by the toothpaste interferes from giving a thorough clean).

2. After that, I rinse my mouth and then brush with toothpaste for fresh breath and cleaner teeth.

3. And...I never forget to brush my tongue as well ;)

Also, I position my toothbrush at a 45 degree angle against the teeth. I've learned as well that this angle is better in getting at the food from the nooks and crannies near the gum-line and in-between teeth.

There you go, I technically brush my teeth twice each time I do...does anybody else, I wonder?
