How Positive and Negative Energy Attaches to Our Mind and Body Part 2

Updated on December 15, 2011

Energy is strong and often beautiful !

Answers seem much longer than the Question

Today I was asked a great question from a fellow Hubber. Realizing once I started to answer I was going to get long winded..... as I often get when excited, I decided to answer her here. In hopes of helping another find peace at the office place. As she seems to be an already positive person but gets overwhelmed with the negativity at work and at times the negativity causes distress to her physically. She had a simple request of me ... to share what all else she could do. Well here goes.... hope it helps :)

One can only change ones-self (thinking, mood, surroundings) and to keep our own positive attitude up, it is vital that we work in a clean environment( lots of windows help) Plants that have much green foliage , eat a healthy diet( lite for lunch ex. fruit and salad with a few ounces of lean meat)( plenty of purified water throughout day) also not just sleep but a real great nights rest ( 6 hours min) Start with crisp clean linens ( every 2 nights change) (lavender oil on pillow case) ( No TV or reading 45 minutes before allotted sleep time) In fact I recommend a PC game of Solitaire or Bejeweled. Something that requires little thinking and leaves a lull to the brain. No real thinking of tomorrows possibilities.

When the number of people that are negative are higher than the positives, that can be a prob... but also a positive person that isn"t strong with the energy can and will get pulled to negativity, likewise some negative people are weak in their negative energy and can be quickly converted to positive. It takes time to evaluate the office energy and the main players there.

All in all. one person does have the ability to change an office setting but it entails knowing which ones are open to new idea's . A great way to start is the "Pay it forward" idea and do something nice for everyone (ex. Smiles. coffee and donuts on occasion and a sincere compliment) Now start watching who's mood changes and for how long it last. Moods that went positive quickly are generally the ones that have much positive within in the first place but altered around negative.

Most like to feel great and positive but some folk are just constant chronic complainers and seem to love that mode. Rarely they are swayed. However just as the ones that live in a positive mode are rarely taken into negative. It truly is a lifestyle.. Balance is key here.

Stress causes illnesses or progresses one significantly. Lifestyle needs to become positive. tranquil and I must mention the need to let God take over.

I wish I had all the answers, if I did I would tell all ,,, right here .... right now... all I know for certain is that God plays the biggest role in my positive attitude and so far...... It is what I count on daily to see me through my days ...... My prayer is that all will inhale God and his love, comfort and warmth and exhale their love, patience and understanding upon others!

Good will toward one another.... God touch us all with his love....

~~~ Happy Holidays , positive feelings and sweet sleep tonight~~~
Wishing everyone well
Mia
