Breathing techniques.  I have had people tell me this for years but it was not until recently that I had actually tried it.  I was surprised but it did work.  For me it is as simple as counting to 4 or 5 when I inhale and counting again when I exhale.  Concentrate on your numbers as you take full breaths in and out.  It helps not to let any other thoughts in.  This is great when you are trying to get to, or back to sleep.  Hope it helps.

This is the matter of sic logical and it will solve sic logically i dont know what you really wants to forget what you wants to dont remember but i only know this was a very important events of your life that is why it effected your mind you first have to tell to yourself that this was not a very important matter so many other matter is also important in your life and this happens with many a people in life time like this you have to first make yourself to agree with this that this is not a very important matter to think over it you are just making fool and spoiling and wasting time and than start thinking about some thing that is important for your life and future and than bit by bit and with the passage of time you will forget it and will not remember it time to time

Listening to music, reading a book, and write write write.  I find that when I'm writing, I don't think of anything else except what I'm writing about.  Also it helps that you write down what is troubling you and then put it away... experts say it releases anxiety.  It might make you cry.. then cry.  It might make you angry.. then get angry and write down how angry you are.  Experts say that when we write down how we feel when we are sad or angry, the healing begins.  I hope I help a little.

    Happy New Year,
    Rosie
