Definition of the word Stand: To maintain an upright position. To take a position, to assume or maintain an attitude, to stand and fight, to endure to the end, to take a stand for your belief.

Psalms chapter 33 - 11 : The counsel of the Lord standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Psalms chapter 35 - 2 : Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.

Psalms chapter 94 - 16 : Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity.

Today's daily words of encouragement word is stand, Being children of God, we are always going through a multiplicity of ups and downs in our lives' but if we have enough faith to just to stand, the bible says even this shall pass. The bible also states, if we endure to the end , that we will saved from from whatever it is that's attacking us. So, through constant prayer and standing on the word of God, we can build up our endurance and stand strong to the end.

We may go through hardships and life's tragedies, but in prayer we will always stand. Even though the storms of life may almost take us down, we will pray and stand. When we don't get the answer we think we deserve, we will continue to pray and stand on the true word of God; without wavering and he will see us through it all.
