Many methods for stress reduction has been developed throughout the years. Some we already incorporate into our own lives. Yoga, for instance, was developed from the hindu culture based in India, meditation is another example. More modern stress relievers include medication, however some of us believe that going natural is the best way for stress relieving. It is my personal opinion that any form of drug entering into your body with the description of stress reliever is absolutely bad for your health. Statistics also show that you have a higher tendency to commit suicide if you're taking any of these drugs.
Reiki, just like yoga in the Hindu religion, is a technique developed over thousands of years of practice, the origin of the method is based in Japan.
