Any lotion with Vitamin E. It adds moisture to the skin and is good for preventing scars from new wounds once it's closed

For sensitive skin I think Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser is great because it is NOT really a soap. It is a very lightweight cleansing product that takes off all the dirt and grime without stripping away the natural elements that you need to keep your skin soft and supple.
Many assume that your skin is clean when it squeaks after rinsing but if your skin is dry or sensitive you don't want to rinse away the natural oils that protect your face. You will notice that with Cetaphil, your face will just feel soft. It is also good for other things like shaving, (especially for sensitive skn) and make-up removal.

These Products I've found are absolutely awesome especially for sensitive skin all organic too.  I use them and I've never had a problem! Here is the link

For starters I recommend you consult the dermatologist. Then you try to save some money by using coupons.Beauty products are very expensive. After you have established the cause of the problem, try here http://promocodes2011.com/beauty/. You may find something useful and cheaper.
    Good luck !

I would like to suggest you to consult a dermatologist for dry and sensitive skin. I recently visited White Lotus Anti Aging for skin problem and they nicely explained about skin care products for dry skin.

It is important to note that sensitive skin is unhealthy skin but it can be reversed, your skin can be returned to a healthy state. Most people think that skin sensitivity is a skin type, but it is more of a skin condition. I would recommend using an aloe based moisturizer with natural ingredients to help soothe the affects of the sensitivity while locking in the skin's natural moisture.

Swedish Skin Care has a product called Prosanol. It has been working wonderfully for my chronic dry and sensitive skin. This product has no sulfates, steroids, dyes, perfumes, or parabens ... all qualities I look for in my skincare products.
