I think deep cleansing is important. what works for me best: exfoliate- honeyOatmeal, rest well, fitness, plenty of water:-))

I don't have the greatest skin but something that helps me is to exfoliate and a face mask once a week, or every other week
organic products, sleep and plenty of h20!
Well I think eating a lot of fruits and leafy vegetables had helped me a lot to maintain a healthy skin as well as drinking plenty of water every day.
My tips are... Get plenty of rest, drink water, eat foods that have omega 3 fats in them like fish, nuts and olive oil, wear sunscreen and don't smoke.
